What formats do you deliver?
SVG, PDF, and PNG at 1x and 2x for static work. MP4 and Lottie JSON for animated work. HTML embed code and hosted iframe for interactive. Print-ready CMYK PDF on request.
Do you do the research, or do you work from our data?
Both. If you send a stat sheet, we design from it and source-cite each figure. If you want us to source, we quote the research time separately (typically £250 to £750 for a standard static piece).
Do you write the copy?
We tighten and lay out. If you need original copywriting from scratch, we pair with an editorial writer. Add £350 to £950 depending on length.
How many revision rounds?
Two included in every tier. Third round is £150.
Can we brand-match to our style guide?
Yes. Send colours, typography, and logo files. If your guidelines lock chart colours to a specific system, we work within them; if they don't, we suggest a data-viz palette that keeps colour-blind accessibility in mind.
Do you do animation as MP4 or Lottie?
Both. Lottie is delivered as JSON for the web (small file, resolution-independent). MP4 is exported for keynote, social, and landing-page fallbacks. Standard tier includes both.
Do you host interactive infographics for us?
Yes, for 12 months at £250 (add-on). After that, £50 per year. Or take the embed code and host on your own domain.
Do you work with US clients?
Yes. Voice, spelling, and date format switch to US on request. GMT primary; East Coast overlap works fine for most projects.
